Currently at L Catterton, he previously served as a Senior Managing Director at Aurelius Group, where he specialized in operational value creation, set up the transformation board and served as portfolio company CEO. Tobias holds an MBA from the University of Dayton, a Master’s in Finance & Information Management from the University of Augsburg / Munich, and has completed executive education at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
